- Coached team of eight new hire developers in design thinking sessions to create a persona, map as-is journey and interview users. Supported team for six weeks as they designed and developed their MVP prototype
- Organised and led design thinking workshop to host thirty people from Design and Product Management across the IBM Dublin lab
- Led a workshop of eight designers and PMs from Automation portfolio, to 'train the trainer' in design thinking. Held training sessions for three new facilitators and sent out pre and post survey feedback for the session
- Mentor for new hire designer to IBM Ireland studio
2023
- Coached six new hire Developers to design and test an MVP with a real use IBM business case. This included the leading of seven Design Thinking sessions and four user testing sessions
- Co-facilitated three in-person IBM Developer Jumpstart workshops for nearly seventy developers with three other designers. Led the Design Thinking presentation and workshop on third session to twenty developers (NPS from participants that day = 100!)
- Participated in IBM UKI Connecting Women’s six week ‘Unleashing your Leadership Potential’ programme
- Spoke as part of in-person design panel at Cork design festival, DesignPOP, on “The Creative Journey”
- Presented "'Architecture to UX' - Learnings in Design" to UX Cork online community in August
- Part of IBM Design culture guild within Dublin studio; organising studio shares, studio social nights and introducing new hires to Dublin studio
2022
- Co-facilitated in-person Design Thinking workshop for forty UCC Masters students
- Attended six-week full-time Patterns Enterprise Design training programme. Grew collaboration, leadership, communication and organisation skills with new team-members and executive stakeholders to produce valuable deliverables for Corporate Social Responsibility team
- Earned Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator badge
- Volunteered hours to create a Minimum Viable Product for Platform Engineering Services catalog from low-fi sketches to Figma prototype (July - Aug 2022)
2021
- IBM Accessibility stretch project. Created catalog of third party accessibility tools for internal Accessibility team. Presented weekly to Senior executives including IBM Accessibility Focal (July - Aug 2021).
